MEET OUR OWNER

Meet our CEO & Founder of Hemp Box Etc, Sandy Moore. She is a 10-year Army Veteran and a 12-year Law Enforcement Professional, She is no stranger to fast-paced environments—to say the least. She served as a Chemical Operations Specialist as a soldier and completed one Combat tour in Iraq under Operation Iraqi Freedom Campaign.

Sandy achieved her Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice (Troy University), and her Masters Degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis on Crisis Incident Management (Saint Leo University). She then worked as a Department of Defense contractor in Kuwait for four years working in many capacities from Security Force Protection Officer, Security Operations Specialist, Logistics Coordinator, and lastly a Container Management Specialist. It was here that she saw the affordability and potential of shipping containers for more than just securing military equipment.

Sandy has worked at two metro Atlanta Police Agencies combined for twelve years. After her military and law enforcement careers, Ms. Moore now intends to pivot her expertise to helping Georgia communities through the benefits of CBD & Hemp, with a particular focus on helping her fellow veterans. As a veteran suffering from PTSD, anxiety, depression, and sexual trauma, Ms. Moore also recognizes the healing power of CBD and Hemp and is eager to offer a welcoming community space and build a unique Food Truck experience.
